      1. Could you give us a brief information on your company? What is the field of your activities? Since when have you been active? How many people are in your team? Do you have any activities in abroad?

Journey entered the women ready-to-wear  industry in 1996 as a manufacturer. Later, it started also the retailing business with its first store launched in 2000. Today, it has been rendering services in more than 100 points across Turkey. The collection consists of products, which working women between 18 – 40 years can wear in business life. We concentrate more on suits, dresses, shirts, skirts, jacket groups, which can be worn mainly outside of the office. We have added to such product group the `Journey 1996` group, made of more elegant and special fabrics, Journey Jeans for those preferring casual and active wear and the Journey Night collection for special invitations. And finally, at the end of the summer season of last year, we have presented our guests the Journey Kids collection, which enables mothers and daughters to have a uniform clothing. 

Initial reactions for the `Mother and Daughter Collection`, which we offer for girls of the age 2-8 is quite exciting. We consider to continue by expanding the collection. We aim to offer our collections in our new stores, which are to be launched within the country and in abroad in 2012. All such work is carried out by a team of 400 people. Along with the growth planned in the fields of manufacturing, management and retailing, the number of our employees will grow steadily.

2. In which areas do you use the ERP software mostly?

As the points we reach as Journey grow, our need to ERP grows in the right proportion. Especially, the increase of our production quantity, enhances the importance, which we show to the efficient distribution of the products. We therefore need the special software of Nebim developed for the production and warehouse areas. In this context, we plan to expand our business partnership with Nebim day by day. 

      3. What are the reasons of preferring Nebim? Which targets did you have to choose Nebim to work with? 

Before our cooperation with Nebim, we were not able to follow up our stock accurately and quickly. Upon the increase of the number of our stores, this need became more important. We have been influenced by Nebim's solution focussed approach regarding this issue. Further, its other Business Intelligence applications help us in taking sound decisions with clear and accurate data. 

      4. In which business process do you see the most efficient field of use of Nebim software?

We use Nebim software in all our stores.  Beside being efficient in all our business processes, we can say, that Nebim has enhanced our efficiency and speed in especially the fields of inventory and retail.

      5. What does the concept of customer satisfaction mean to you? How do value proposals and solutions contribute to your company if you look at them in terms of your assessment of customer satisfaction? 

The loyalty shown to our brand by our customers is of utmost importance for us. Therefore, we evaluate any type of offer, presented us by Nebim regarding CRM. We succeed by making detailed analyses on our customers and by executing our plans within the scope of such.
