Narkonteks Textile was established in Izmir in 2005 and is one of the largest underwear manufacturers in Turkey, producing its own brand Blackspade and important brands from abroad in Izmir, Manisa and Van production facilities. has started to manage all its production processes with Nebim Manufacturing. With the project carried out by Nebim Istanbul Center and Nebim Izmir Gold Solution Partner Giltaş, Nebim Manufacturing started to be used simultaneously in all factories Narkonteks on January 5. Thanks to the migration of all old recipes and production movements to Nebim Production, it started to work with Nebim Production with all modules and over 150 users in all purchasing, warehouses, planning, customer representatives, production, quality control and logistics departments without the need for any extra data entry.
Narkonteks can simplify all its processes with Nebim Manufacturing and track orders on parcel basis from the first stage to loading. With the capacity planning application, they can monitor the capacities and plans of cutting, sewing and packaging lines and follow instant productivity entries. Thanks to the applications developed within the scope of the project, they can create pastals, calculate productivity and consumption on a pastal basis, and enter and track production movements on a pastal basis with barcodes. In production lines, they can enter first quality, second quality and defective products from a single screen and complete their production on a parcel basis.
