Could you please tell us about the history of Altın Yatak?

Our journey in this sector began in 1991. We have always been one of the leaders in this sector thanks to the quality beds we produce, our customer satisfaction-oriented service and our professional personnel. We produced the first latex mattresses in Turkey, as well as the first retractable bed frames. Altın Yatak enriched the sector also with beds with storage bases underneath and the wood slat system.
Under the roof of the mother company Altın Yatak, we produce and sell products such as Altın Yatak brand spring mattresses, Dunlopillo brand latex mattresses, sleeping group products such as Goldengoose and Linette. Under the same roof, we distribute famous leading brands of the world’s bed and furniture sector such as Vi-Spring, La-Z-Boy, England, IMG in Turkey. We offer our customers quality and comfort in our stores and dealerships in various cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Antalya.

Your company started using Nebim V3 ERP. Could you please tell us about the reasons for your choice?

We started using Nebim V3 actively in December 2013. The program we were using was not meeting our needs anymore. As the number of our stores increased, our search for a suitable program started. We found out that many companies in the sector are using Nebim V3 ERP and that they are happy with it. We met with Nebim Gold Solution Partner Başarı and we agrred that Nebim V3 ERP would meet our needs. The most important things for us are: The stores can work online, the order management in the stores is efficient, the orders are transmitted to the headquarters and all transactions are integrated in bookkeeping in real time, also all departments collaborate in an integrated manner, and we are able to obtain consolidated reports.

What are the processes that you manage with Nebim V3 ERP? Could you please talk about its advantages?

We manage many of our processes on Nebim V3 ERP; such as sales on installments, purchasing, product management, bookkeeping and production. Thanks to Nebim V3, all our transactions became faster, we can obtain more accurate results, and we can report the transactions which were carried out. Prior to Nebim V3 ERP, we weren’t using a manufacturing program. Thanks to Nebim, we can now track our production more clearly and we can see the costs of the related period easily. Another aspect contributing to our productivity during this process was the know-how and the solution-oriented approach of Nebim Gold Solution Partner Başarı.

When you compare the times before and after Nebim V3, could you please talk about the effects Nebim V3 ERP on your sales processes?

Could you please tell us about your future targets?

We aim to increase the number of the stores and dealerships where the products of various brands of Altın Yatak are sold, and thereby to increase the brand awareness.We distribute the La-Z-Boy brand, and they produce the most comfortable armchairs and sofas. We want to enlarge our network of dealerships for La-Z-Boy. Another target of ours is to create special showrooms for Vi-Spring, world leader in the luxury bed sector, and to make the target group in Turkey meet this luxury product. Nebim V3 has a modular structure and can therefore respond to our changing and improving processes. One of the first applications we are going to use is the Business Partner Management. We intend to use the Business Partner Management application in order to use the common stocks structure with our stores and dealerships and to manage our business partners from the headquarters easily. In addition to that, we are planning to implement Nebim V3 Data Warehouse application so that we can have efficient campaign management in our stores and meet our reporting requirements related to price reduction campaigns and various analyses.
