One of the main reasons for our choice of Nebim V3 was the reporting techniques. Since we started to use the program, we have observed that they are even better than we had hoped for. Along with weekly and monthly financial reports, we have collection and risk reports, stock reports, cost reports and various financial reports, we can also access many other reports on issues that effect out management decisions. We can obtain reports based on customers, product category, supplier, region, device and salesperson. We can be flexible when determining the contents of reports and we are able to share the reports on selected information with related managers at certain times.

These reports and analyses let us have access to tangible and accurate information. So, instead of trying to find our way in the dark, we can do our planning and determine our strategy with their substantial help.

Would you please introduce your company which is active in the medical devices sector?

Since our foundation in 1999, we at Ant Teknik are active in sales, service and spare parts supply for quality control and research laboratories; we offer validation, application and training services; and carry out turn-key lab projects.

Would you like to tell us how your collaboration with Nebim started?

We have been working together with Nebim since 2004. We first started with a DOS-based program on bookkeeping, then continued with Nebim Winner and Nebim V3. We have been closely following the developments of the software in time.

You were Nebim Winner users. What factors made you change to Nebim V3 ERP?

Our company grew in time and we were in a process of becoming a corporate body. We started looking for tools to increase our controlling ability. We made our research and decided to make the transition to an ERP program where we can integrate all our business processes according to our needs and where we can keep track closely.
One of the main objectives for us to change from Nebim Winner to Nebim V3 was to make use of improved reporting features. When we were using Nebim Winner, we had to get help from a different tool, the Holojen program, for reports. In contrast, we can access the information at its source in the Data Warehouse of Nebim V3, and we can therefore manage the process directly. Thanks to Nebim V3, we can access the accurate information at the right time and we can make our evaluations on time and in a healthier way.

How did your business processes change with Nebim V3 ERP?

To increase our operational productivity, we re-designed our business processes in accordance with Nebim V3. Now we can collect all requests from four regional offices at our headquarters and easily manage our business processes on Nebim V3.
As reservations are made according to orders and the supply process can be started easily in line with availability; and as the modules for product management, warehouse process management and inventory management, finance-bookkeeping modules are used actively, our manual error rate at sales processes decreased. The information exchange between our departments and all our processes from orders to invoicing have accelerated. As a company with more than 20 international suppliers, we can now give our orders for purchase and stock rapidly and we can keep track of our business processes easily thanks to Nebim V3. Not only have our business processes gained momentum, we also observe that our customer satisfaction increased because of the steps we have taken.
