Arzu Kaprol is a designer brand, which is present on both domestic and international platforms in the areas of luxury retail ready-to-wear and couture clothing. In 1995, Arzu Kaprol made a name for herself in the fashion world with the many prizes she won, especially the prestigious Beymen Prize, and it was at that time that she started promoting the brand named after her. Since that date, Arzu Kaprol has been growing in the luxury ready-to-wear retail in Turkey. Arzu Kaprol's Chairman, Cem Kaprol, talked about the collaboration with Nebim, the productive business processes they achieved with Nebim V3, and their growth objectives.

Could you tell us about the creation process of the Arzu Kaprol brand?

Arzu Kaprol is a designer brand that is present on both domestic and international platforms in the areas of luxury retail ready-to-wear and couture clothing. In 1995, Arzu Kaprol made a name for herself in the fashion world with the many prizes she won, especially the prestigious Beymen Prize, and it is at that time that she started promoting the brand named after her. The brand continues to grow since signing a license contract in the area of retail with the Turkish luxury ready-to-wear group, Beymen. Since having been invited to appear on the Paris Fashion Week's official calendar in March 2011, the designer attends this international platform with her designs every year. In June 2011, Arzu Kaprol's designs were offered for sale at the most prestigious stores of the world, such as Harrods Department Store in London, followed by Harvey Nichols and Montaigne Market. In March 2013, Arzu Kaprol's Paris office opened in Ru Saint-Honore. Arzu Kaprol also designed clothes for dignitaries worldwide, such as Meg Ryan, Kelly Rowland, and Gisele Bundchen, with her custom design Atelier Collection. The brand, which has accelerated domestic store establishment, international sales, and promotional activities beginning August 2012 and has eight stores, plans to reach 16 stores at different locations across Turkey until the year 2015.

When did Nebim and Arzu Kaprol cross paths?

Initially in 2007, we decided to get support from Nebim solutions for the operations of our headquarters and our two stores. We started the project with Nebim Gold Solution Partner, Başarı Software, towards the end of 2007 and achieved a productive and healthy infrastructure within a short while.

Could you tell us about your transition to Nebim V3 and its contribution to your business processes with three examples?

We decided that it would be best to proceed with Nebim's new ERP solution, Nebim V3, in order to be able to keep up with the technological developments and to succeed on our upcoming projects planned for future periods. In 2012, we made a quick transition to Nebim V3's live usage with the guidance of Nebim Gold Solution Partner, Başarı Software, for our headquarters and eight stores. At that time, Arzu Kaprol stores were not under our own organization. In 2012, all stores were transferred under Arzu Kaprol's management and we opened new stores. As we made the transition to Nebim V3, we also included the stores. Our transition to Nebim V3, from the Nebim Winner software, and the implementation process went easier than we planned and we went live according to the planned schedule. Thanks to Nebim V3's easy and clear-cut POS screens, store staff could adapt to the program very easily. With Nebim V3's Web turnover application, we can follow up on turnover matters instantly. We also activated this important application for the stores and we enabled all stores to follow up on each other's turnovers and to watch their targets.

How did you actualize the promotions and campaigns you conducted before Nebim? How do you manage these processes with Nebim?

Initially we did not have store operations and; therefore, we did not use Nebim V3 Campaign Management. After starting our store operations, we started the store discount campaign and gift voucher applications of Nebim V3. Now, we can conduct discount management at the headquarters with this practical application. In the upcoming period, we plan to start the special customer card and money points applications.

Could you tell us about your expectations and objectives for Nebim for the upcoming periods?

When we first started off with Nebim Winner, our primary objective was to have a fast and controllable structure that was based on sound data. This objective, which we had achieved with Nebim Winner, was also reached with Nebim V3 after a short while from the transition. Our long-term relation with Nebim continues as we follow Nebim's new solutions and apply those which will increase our productivity. Our objectives for the upcoming periods are to enable follow up on products brought to the stores for alterations with the mid-term after-sales support module and to use Nebim V3 effectively at foreign sales locations.
