Daniel Klein General Manager Sedat Zengin, who manufactures and sells more than 4 million watches a year, opened retail in 2024, has 1200 dealers throughout Turkey and exports to 86 countries, stated that by choosing Nebim, they made their business processes data-based and measurable with integrated solutions and carried their operational processes to the highest level.
Our company was established in 1970 under the name of Essa Group. In 2013, Daniel Klein Group was established. After the establishment of Daniel Klein Group, Essa renewed its name as Daniel Klein Group. In this context, we are the brand owner of Freelook and Bigotti under Daniel Klein Group. We are the license holder of Santa Barbara Polo Racquet Club, Sergio Tacchini and Valentino Orlandi brands in the world. Apart from these, we are the official distributor of Q&Q, Mathey Tissot, Maserati, Valentino Orlandi, Mascionni, Tom Jones brands in Turkey. Our company exports to 86 countries. We have more than 1200 dealers throughout Turkey, we have a network of wholesale dealers and we have a service in the foreign sales and export section in 86 countries. We produce and sell more than 4 million watches per year. In all our companies, on a global scale, we serve with 1000 personnel in China and Turkey, 800 of which are in China. We have an office in Hong Kong. We also have over 200 employees in Turkey.
In 2024, we launched a retail expansion. The company had no retail services other than wholesale, import and export. By exhibiting the work I have done in previous years here, we are producing an action that will enable it to spread at many points in shopping malls in retail. Within the scope of this action, we will bring Daniel Klein sales points to the end consumer as a brand that will be present in more than 100 sales points in the coming periods.

Since the programs we worked with before did not have a retail infrastructure, I examined the players closest to retail. I had meetings, but I wanted to continue with someone who is an expert and successful in this field. Nebim offered an infrastructure service with all the details you can think of in terms of sales, after-sales service, CRM, tracking and transfer of products from the points we will make in our stores until they reach the end consumer. We really needed this service. For this reason, as of last year, we completely separated the structure of our Daniel Klein Group company from our company and started to move forward with Nebim infrastructure, ERP system and a system with the necessary hardware.

The reason why I prefer Nebim is partly because I want to give direction to the franchise activities other than the expansions in Turkey, because there are business partners who want to work with us, with this family, in line with the serious demands from the 1200 dealers we work with. Nebim is one of the reasons why I especially prefer to follow the services of these business partners and to control their infrastructure very well. My team and friends are already managing all the other details in these processes very tightly. Nebim has a very well-equipped team, this team has integrated everything we need to do, to the extent that we can say that we have no deficiencies. Their interest and interest, their support during this period was very important in terms of integrating the process very quickly, we are very grateful to them. They carried out a good, successful work. We are currently working on what we can do to use Nebim more efficiently.
To tell you about the added values that Nebim added to our business processes, we were having serious problems with the tracking, codes and barcodes of the products sent from my company to my stores. We were in a situation where we did not know which product was where. With the work carried out in this context, I did not have any documents or data of any element that could provide the return of the data we received for them in CRM studies in the connection channel when they reach the final consumers, how many products we have at which point, product breakdowns, how many products we sold in which period, and to which end consumers these products we sold reached, and to track the performance of our sellers. They have prepared all the configurations and dashboards that can receive these. At the moment, I can clearly monitor and see which vendor has sold how much they have sold in which period, in which month, and which product they have sold. These processes were already indispensable for a retail organization. I am also very happy that this system is integrated with us because we have them. It is also important for us to have data in order to plan what I am doing now, my forecasts for the future, and to create new studies by kneading this data. We are also in talks with Nebim to improve the efficiency of all the data subject to these processes. Our meetings are also ongoing to see how we can improve them.

I believe that in the coming period with Nebim, there will be much more than the work done so far. Let me feed this to you with an anecdote: In a village experiencing a drought, everyone went out to pray for rain, and a child came out with an umbrella. Our faith is very strong here. We also set the clock every night when we go to bed, when we go to sleep, but we don't know whether we will wake up in the morning. This is also a hope and we set out with this hope. We are working on how to improve this process, because these 100 points need to work very well, synchronize and integrate very well with each other. I can also emphasize that I always want to get support from them in order to add efficiency or integration that I can get more from them in this process.
I have 40 years of professional career. I am in this family to add a serious added value to the Daniel Klein family, which I joined after my jubilee in these 40 years. In order to bring it to a good place among the players in the watch industry in Turkey, I need to work with good partners. One of these partners is Nebim, which is already with us right now. I have personally experienced in recent meetings that Nebim really provides much more services than the purpose of this organization, and I believe that it will take our business processes to much better places.
