The Data Warehouse has been designed to allow for effortless reporting of data held on ERP and is optimized to perform searches that produce analyses. Data Warehouse includes an operational database and analysis cubes with a different design than in the ERP.

The cubes that provide ease of functionality to the Data Warehouse and which allow you to perform multi-dimensional searches on the data are V3, Payables and Receivables, Cost Centers, Human Resources, Payments, Accounting and Instalment Sales.

By use of the ‘Perspective’ feature built into the Data Warehouse Scanner, you can design simplified reports by selecting the area which contains the values and the parameters that you need to analyze a particular set of data; for instance, inventory values, location, product and a date range can be selected for a report. You can grasp whether the rows and columns attached to the fields have been filtered or not and view the details of the filters in the report you have prepared. By double-clicking on any cell of the report, you have focus on this cell’s row and column values.

You can add new values to the perspective menus you have previously created. Values and parameters can be moved around in the menu and you can format the menu to suit your needs. The Data Warehouse scanner includes “before” and “after” buttons which will permit you to undo or redo actions step by step.

The reporting feature can be used without affecting the ERP’s operational database performance and without slowing your working operations. The Data Warehouse Reporting Services is accessible to a numerous range of varied reporting software such as Excel or other platforms.

Using Delta Updating, the Data Warehouse will only update those ERP entries which have changed since the previous update and only upon request. You can make hierarchically structured queries such as product, location, customer, supplier, date etc., for example Company-Area-Office-Store-Warehouse.

Using invoice and returns analysis measurements, you can analyze the average invoice amount, the number of invoices, invoice line numbers, model numbers and basket depth as well as the ratio of returns to actual sales. You can also perform specific analyses that you need such as measuring stores or products, etc. according to on-the-spot discounting, loyalty points, discount vouchers, payment types, discounts metrics. Using the calculations in the Data Warehouse,

Values which are not part of the Nebim V3 operational system can also be used in your reports and your analyses. Examples of these are: Gross Margin Return On Inventory or product profitability, Gross Margin Return on Footage or profitability per square meter, Gross Margin Return on Labor or staff productivity and Markup.

You can view store size information, analyze the sales area history and the turnover per meter square.
