e-Archive Invoice for e-Commerce Sales

When companies subject to e-Archive make online sales of goods and services to non-taxpayers, they must send the invoices related to their sales electronically. For these sales, the printout must accompany the delivered goods. There is some obligatory data which needs to appear on the invoices of online sales of goods and services within the scope of e-Archive. The web address where the sales transaction took place, payment method, name of the payment intermediary, date of payment, tax registration number/Turkish Republic Personal Identification Number of the person who delivers the shipment, the shipment date of the sold item, the web address; and in the section reserved for returns, the name and family name of the person returning the item, address, signature, and information regarding the returned goods, such as type, quantity, unit price and amount must be stated. In addition, “This sale has been made on the Internet” shall appear on the invoice. The invoices created for internet sales must bear different serial numbers than e-Invoices and other e-Archives. If the customer wishes to return the goods, he will print out the invoice which has been sent to him electronically; he will fill out the part related to returns and send it back to the seller together with the product.
