Toygar Narbay, CEO of Narkonteks Tekstil, talked about Narkonteks' journey with Nebim at the "Seminar on Profitability and Efficiency in Production" organized by Nebim Gold Solution Partner Giltaş in cooperation with the Aegean Clothing Industrialists Association. Toygar Narbay said that Nebim V3 allows them to manage all domestic and international operations from production to finance, from purchasing to sales in an integrated manner, thus facilitating all business processes and increasing their efficiency.

In 2020, Narkonteks started to cooperate with Nebim and started to manage its merchandising and finance side at the beginning of 2022 and all its processes, including production, with Nebim V3 as of 2023. Toygar Narbay, CEO of Directors of Narkonteks, who explained the positive impact of Nebim V3 ERP's offering all end to end solutions on the same platform on company efficiency, said that in addition to production, they manage all human resources, finance, accounting, reporting, retail and wholesale, warehouse and inventory management processes in a comprehensive and integrated manner. In 2005, Toygar Narbay, CEO, explained that they did not have any ERP programs when they were established, that they tried various software in the process, and that with the introduction of Blackspade in 2009, business activities ceased to be production activities and started to expand in various channels such as sales, distribution, marketing, merchandising, B2C, direct to customer . Explaining that the monitoring and invoicing of consignment sales, franchise operations, merchandising processes, and an expanding operation load that extends to keeping stock abroad and selling online through third-party companies there and following up on this, he continued by saying that the lack of ERPs made their processes difficult:
"None of the programs met our needs; sixteen/seventeen programs had to work integrated in the system. When an update came to a program, we started to experience data losses and operational difficulties, and we tried to write our own modules and develop our platform with the idea of unifying all processes on a single platform, but at some point we realized that we are evolving from a ready-to-wear company to an IT company and it is not possible to catch up with the developments with your own software. After seeing this, we started looking for a partner and we had the chance to meet Nebim in the last quarter of 2020."

Narbay stated that they started to improve their processes in the last quarter of 2020 with Nebim's great software and analysis team and said, "Transition to an ERP program is a process in which you review your own processes, understand the program and ensure that improvements are made together. We did exactly this and transferred the merchandising and financial affairs side to Nebim at the beginning of 2022 and all our other processes, including Production, to Nebim in 2023. We currently manage our retail stores with Nebim V3 and carry out our wholesale sales at nearly 650 points. We follow our consignment sales processes at 150 points in Boyner, carry out our export operations, manage our franchises, and most importantly for us in all these processes, the data in Nebim enables us to get very healthy, consistent reports."
