Nebim V3 POS Paylink Mobile Payment Integration Payment Method Scenarios

Payment via Paylink SMS / Paypass

  • The mobile payment option is selected after scanning products on the Nebim V3 POS sales screen
  • Select Paylink SMS / Paypass as the payment option
  • The payment link is sent via text message (SMS) to the number selected from the customer's listed mobile phones
  • The SMS sent to the customer's mobile phone has information on the store as well as the payment amount and has a payment link
  • If the customer has a list of registered credit cards, they select the one they want to pay with
  • If the customer does not have a registered credit card, card information is to be entered
  • At the customer's discretion, the card can be stored for future payment transactions
  • The customer enters the security confirmation code sent to their mobile telephone into the relevant field
  • Once the code is entered, the process is approved and completed
  • The completed transaction is sent to Nebim V3, an invoice is generated and an information receipt is printed from the Cash Register

Payment via Paylink BKM Express

  • The mobile payment option is selected after scanning products on the Nebim V3 POS sales screen
  • Select Paylink BKM Express as the payment option
  • The payment link is sent via text message (SMS) to the number selected from the customer's listed mobile phones
  • The SMS sent to the customer's mobile phone has information on the store as well as the payment amount and has a payment link
  • If the customer has a list of registered credit cards, they select the one they want to pay with
  • The customer enters the security confirmation code sent to their mobile telephone into the relevant field
  • Once the code is entered, the process is approved and completed
  • The completed transaction is sent to Nebim V3, an invoice is generated and an information receipt is printed from the Cash Register

Payment via Paylink Masterpass

  • The mobile payment option is selected after scanning products on the Nebim V3 POS sales screen
  • The Paylink Masterpass payment option is selected and if the customer has a Masterpass account, a payment link is sent via SMS
  • If the customer does not have a Masterpass account, the customer is redirected to a different payment option by means of a warning message received by the cashier
  • The customer clicks on the payment link sent to their mobile phone
  • If more than one credit card has been registered, the customer is asked to select the credit card they want to use for payment
  • After selecting the desired credit card, the customer selects the number of instalments
  • A verification code is sent to the customer via an SMS, to confirm the transaction
  • The customer enters the security confirmation code sent to their mobile telephone into the relevant field
  • Once the code is entered, the process is approved and completed
  • The completed transaction is sent to Nebim V3, an invoice is generated and an information receipt is printed from the Cash Register

Payment via Paylink Maximum Mobile

  • The mobile payment option is selected after scanning products on the Nebim V3 POS sales screen
  • Paylink Maximum Mobile is selected as the payment option
  • The payment link is sent via text message (SMS) to the number selected from the customer's listed mobile phones
  • A push notification is sent to the customer's mobile phone
  • The customer selects payment by clicking on the notification or on the Instant Payments section of the Maximum Mobile application
  • The customer completes the payment by selecting the credit card and the desired number of payment instalments
  • The completed transaction is sent to Nebim V3, an invoice is generated and an information receipt is printed from the Cash Register

Refund and Cancellation processes

  • By selecting the credit card option as the payment type on Nebim V3 POS, a partial or full refund of the invoice is carried out and and an Expense Note is printed
  • Refund and cancellation records are sent to Paynet from the relevant application on the Nebim V3 ERP or Nebim V3 Store.
