Defining Eyewear Products in Nebim V3

Defining Eyewear Frames and Sunglasses

All product features such as the brand, manufacturer code, material code, frame type, frame shape, base curve, Health Practices Communiqué of the Ministry of Health code, special procedure code of the frames and all features of sunglasses can easily be defined in the product cards.

Defining Eyewear Glasses

All eyewear glass features such as the brand, manufacturer code, material code, focus type, coating type, diameter, glass index, stock glasses/RX glasses information, spherical and cylindrical values can be defined and reports can be obtained.

Defining Contact Lenses

All contact lens features such as the brand, manufacturer code, material code, focus type, coating type, diameter, water content, contact lens changing intervals, spherical and cylindrical values can be defined and reports can be obtained.

Nebim V3 Integration with the Product Monitoring System of the Ministry of Health (ÜTS)

Product Monitoring System of the Ministry of Health (ÜTS) is a project which has been developed by The Scientific and Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) since 2014 under the control of the Ministry of Health. Its aim is to monitor all medical devices and cosmetic products produced in Turkey or imported to Turkey from the production band until the place where they are sold and used, individually up until the end user. Since 11.09.2017 all movements of the products categorized as medical devices are being monitored on the ÜTS portal.

Product Monitoring System of the Ministry of Health (ÜTS) Web Service Integration

Instead of individually and manually defining the transactions related to notifications such as production, import, give and receive, and cancellation on product cards of medical devices on the ÜTS portal, you can use the ÜTS Web Service Application of Nebim V3 ERP automatically in pre-set periods.

Companies can be provided with the ability to design their own label files comprising of the information and the format they want as well as to choose label design files previously created.

The information necessary for the notifications to ÜTS can be entered with Nebim V3 Medical Product Features program. You can use this information automatically for the notifications.

Types of Notifications to ÜTS

Until now, only the production and import notifications were required in the TİTUBB system. With the ÜTS system, information regarding all movements related to the product must be given in addition to import and export notification. The obligatory notifications are listed below:
