Gather together in one place and manage Personal Data Protection and Electronic Commerce permissions/rejections given by retail customers for those companies that use multiple channels (B2C, CRM, SMS, Call Center, etc.).

Personal Data Protection Laws and Electronic Commerce Law permissions and integration with the Message Management System (‘MMS’)

Using Permission Based Database solutions, retail companies aim at managing their customer communication or Personal Data Protection permissions which come from many different channels such as their brands' retail sales points with Nebim V3 POS, e-commerce sites, corporate web sites, via e-mail or through text message bulk providers or call center service providers, according to the obligations of the Law on Personal Data Protection and that on regulating trading through E-Commerce.

Nebim V3 users have two alternative methods for managing Personal Data Protection and Electronic Commerce approval and integrating them with MMS:

1- Mere synchronization of Electronic Commerce permissions with MMS to comply with legislation

2- The integration of Nebim V3 with external “Personal Data Protection and Electronic Commerce Permission Management” Systems
