Allocation of the Products
Using Nebim V3 Product Allocation rules, you can have your products shipped to your stores at the right time and in the correct amount. In addition to the existing default Nebim V3 allocation rules, there is a flexible structure that allows you to add custom-made rules specific to your company. This way, product allocation rules can be defined specifically for your company and automatic distribution can take place according to these rules.
An unlimited amount of “Channel Templates” can be created. They define the stores to which products are allocated and the order of priority regarding the product allocation to these stores. Therefore, you can give different distribution orders with different orders of priority according to each allocation rule. Product allocation can be carried out with different rules and different orders of priority for wholesale and for retail points of sale.
When you set the rules, you can define the warehouse as well as the source on which the allocation is based on, such as incoming orders, ASN, the remainder of existing orders, purchase delivery slip or invoice, available inventory in selected distribution warehouses.
The allocation slips are created according to the rules specifically defined for the company. Following their approval, reservation slips can automatically be created in line with the allocation. The allocation rules can be activated by the system periodically as well. Therefore, automatic allocation slips can put together which products are to be sent to which stores using which order of priority.
