Would you please give us some information about Ender?

Around 40 years ago, Ender stores entered the retail sector as the first department store in the Adana region. Since then, we have kept growing by opening stores in different regions of Turkey.

At the moment, we serve our customers in 21 stores comprising of approximately 75 thousand square meters situated on the most frequented shopping streets in different cities in Turkey. All our stores are constructed in a way that people can find a suitable product for them in many categories and with hundreds of brands of textiles, footwear, cosmetics, electronics and much more. Everybody shall be happy after they have visited our stores. The most outstanding aspect that gives us strength is the unconditional customer satisfaction that we have gained due to the sincere and high-quality shopping experience that we offer. Other than that, as bank credit card use is very widespread in our times and we offer Endercard to our customers, based on the Nebim infrastructure, we can let our customers buy on installments without the need for a bank card. Therefore, we have a very large customer data bank reaching one million customers.

When did your cooperation with Nebim start?

Our cooperation with Nebim started in 2002 at our store in Bakırköy. After the transition period in Bakırköy and as a result of positive feedback, we started using Nebim Winner solution in all our stores after 2006. Our professional connection to Nebim has been getting stronger every year thanks to Nebim Winner’s user-friendliness in our headquarters as well as in our stores, fast and correct reporting modules and fast responses to our requests from Nebim.

What are your reasons for preferring Nebim V3 ERP?

We have decided to continue our journey with Nebim V3 in light of our cooperation and mutual trust since 2002, as we believe that Nebim V3 ERP is going to response with better solutions for our changing needs in retail and bookkeeping. We think that Nebim V3 ERP is going to provide us with a healthier data analysis and thus the opportunity to make faster and more correct decisions.

When you evaluate the advantages of Nebim V3 ERP for your business processes, could you please give examples comparing the time before and after it?

Thanks to the supply chain infrastructure of Nebim V3, we can have the order-dispatch slip-invoice controls effectively. Since these three modules are completely integrated, our operational risks have decreased considerably.

In addition to this, the biggest convenience of Nebim V3 is that we can get reports in any group and any detail as we like with the product hierarchy system. With the Nebim V3 Data Warehouse and Reporting cube, we can have much faster and much more efficient KPI analyses of all kinds such as of sales, campaigns, and profitability.

Could you talk about your plans for the future?

Our target at Ender is to strengthen our position in the sector by opening new stores. In September 2015, we will open the biggest department store of Gaziomanpaşa district in Istanbul. We aim to be the biggest department store chain in Turkey, excluding shopping malls.

On our path, we want to integrate all our processes to Nebim and move forward with a solid infrastructure and confident steps. On this route, our biggest expectation from Nebim is that they continue to give us their full support in every aspect with new models and solutions.
