Could you please tell us about Panço, a brand that was established in 1978?

Panço Children’s Apparel has been active solely in the children’s apparel sector since 1978. When you look at the sector in general, this is quite an important amount of time. From the very first day on, we have never moved away from the credo of quality and healthy production. We think that we analyze the wishes of children well, we find out what they want to wear, what they will or won’t wear. We then reflect all these in our products. We believe that our sensibility concerning these key issues is reflected in our long-term presence in this sector. In the first half of 2016, we had 114 stores. We want to continue the growth together with our existing stores abroad. Our primary target now is to have 5 stores abroad and to bring the total number of our stores above 120 in 2016. In this respect, our first and foremost necessity is that the growth both in production and headquarters/stores and the growth control processes should continue similarly. We started implementing Nebim V3 so that we can follow up these processes easily.

Could you please tell us about your transition to Nebim V3 ERP?

What were the changes in your business processes with Nebim V3? Could you please talk about the advantages of Nebim V3?

With Nebim V3, we started to manage our campaigns in a more flexible manner. Campaign processes are important to us. The menu for defining campaigns is easy, so we can easily define as many campaigns as we want and implement them in our stores with a single approval. On the other hand, the product cards can be accessed quickly and this helps us save time. Thanks to instant stock follow ups, we can have all our stores under control and make fast decisions. Therefore, our productivity increased significantly.

Another advantage of Nebim V3 is that we can get detailed and customized reports with Data Warehouse reporting. We can quickly obtain customized reports according to various criteria and as detailed as we want. The results we get from these reports help us make correct decisions and plans.

Could you please evaluate the e-Transformation process?

The e-Transformation process started in our company at the beginning of 2016 with the e-Archive, and it continues with the use of New Generation Cash Registers. This process has a lot of different aspects and we are not familiar with them. In this regard, it was a great deal beneficial for us that Nebim was prepared for them and the related integrations were already carried out.
