Since 2000, Seyit Nebati, Chairman of the Board of Directors of B&G Store, which has made its name known to large masses in modern children's clothing and is the address of quality in the children's clothing sector today, shared his views on Nebim V3 ERP.

Entering the sector in 2000 and reaching a wide audience both nationally and internationally in a short time, B&G Store serves with a total of 120 stores, 104 in Turkey and 16 abroad. B&G Store manages all its operations with Nebim V3 ERP.

Seyit Nebati, Chairman of the Board of Directors of B&G Store, talking about the process of meeting with Nebim V3 ERP, said, "We were managing the purchasing processes with the facilities within each department and we could see that we were not progressing very efficiently. In order to improve this process, we examined Nebim's Nebim V3 Purchase Request Management application. Nebim V3 Purchase Request Management was exactly what we needed. We started the project immediately. Currently, any department enters a purchase request, the purchasing manager approves this request if he deems it appropriate, receives offers after approval, after approving the appropriate one from the incoming offers, it goes through the approval process again by the deputy general manager and the entire process is kept under control. Thanks to the implementation of this practice, we will be able to save around 10% compared to the previous year. This is really one of the biggest and most important projects we have done."

Stating that Nebim V3's Budget Management Project has become indispensable for the company, Seyit Nebati, Chairman of the Board of Directors of B&G Store, said, "The Budget Management Project has an important position like other projects. I cannot say that we did not have a budget management until today, but we were doing this budget through Excel and it was a method open to error and intervention in this structure. In order to improve our business processes on this side, we examined Nebim's Budget Management program, and since we saw that it met our needs, we started budget management last year. We now have a truly manageable budget program. We see our pros and cons. Intervention in the process is only with my approval. Therefore, we have a budget that reflects much more reality, where we can see the pros and cons, where we can interpret where we have mistakes, and this program has become one of our must-haves."

Stating that Nebim V3 Bulut Tahsilat Integration is very useful for them, Seyit Nebati said, "We were tracking where your turnover was, how much deductions would be made, when the money would arrive with estimated methods. In order to make this process more efficient and manage it correctly, we implemented the Nebim V3 Bulut Tahsilat integration project.  I can now instantly monitor all the details such as how much money is in which bank, how much has arrived, how much is waiting, why it is waiting. It is very important for us to have the ability to instantly see where the money is."

Seyit Nebati said that they have implemented a Finished Goods Quality Control Project in relation to production, and added: "Previously, the communication between us and the producer was completely manual, and there was a lot of paperwork. If I wanted to see and analyze retrospective data, I could not access most of it. Now, we can easily analyze all the information with all its details on the same system."

Stating that Nebim V3 facilitates their work in many areas and helps them save money, Nebati also mentioned the projects that Nebim has developed and continues to develop. He also mentioned the Cash Budget Project, Nebim V3 Guided Sales and Nebim V3 Customer Screen applications which are very important for their company and said that they are looking forward to implementing these projects.

Seyit Nebati concluded his speech with the following words: "The retail sector absolutely has to act together with the IT sector. We have no way to distinguish the retail sector from the IT sector. We need to allocate our biggest budgets to informatics and digitalization, which is what I am doing. There is no situation where we can stand in front of the development of e-commerce. The only way for our customers to ask for more and more things, and for us to reach target audiences in this period can only be realized with the support of digitalization and the IT sector. Therefore, if we cannot add new things every six months, we will fall behind. For this reason, we do something every season, every month, every year and we attach great importance to our collaboration with the IT sector.''
