Ev Shop, an important brand in installment retail sales, manages all its processes with Nebim V3 ERP. Ev Shop Board Member and Information Technologies Manager Mert Kama shared his views on Nebim V3 ERP.
Can you briefly talk about your company?
"Our company was established in 1982. It is an organization that has a certain product range in consumer durables and home kitchen utensils and serves its customers in this field. In the sector known as the traditional channel, we are a business with 33 multi-rise chain stores across Turkey."
How do you manage the process with Nebim V3, can you tell us about the process?
"We have been familiar with the Nebim V3 program for a year. I can summarize the management process in the Nebim V3 program as follows. We use the program in many departments. It is a multifunctional program. It provides us with our requests and reports without any problems. It gives us the results we want in a comprehensible way and produces it in a well-analyzed form. According to the references I received from the departments, it is easy to use and they can access what they want easily. Our operation is in two ways, our center and our store. We have two regions. We divide them into two as our store users and our center users. After our IT personnel in the store process the transactions from the store computers according to the demands of our customers and create the necessary documents, the transaction is integrated into our central data and we follow the information such as sales and customer information from our head office."
Can you share your suggestions based on your experiences while initiating this project?
"While implementing this project, we did not have too many problems because we were already familiar with the old program. As you can appreciate, there is a little problem when integrating into every new program. We were able to overcome these situations mutually with Nebim, which made us happy."
What are the most important benefits of the application?
"The most important benefits of Nebim V3 are, as I mentioned before, we use it in many departments. Finance, customer services, purchasing, online, stores. The store is already the first place where transactions start. First, bonded transactions are made in the store. Then they fall into our data. In our data, human resources, customer services, finance, accounting all check it, take their own data, filter it and present it to us. We also examine them. Apart from this, Nebim V3 has many scopes. Inventory tracking, we can go down to our current stocks or brand stocks. We can access all the data we want quickly and easily. On the other hand, we integrated our e-Commerce into Nebim V3. We opened an e-Commerce store of our own there. All product and picture information goes from Nebim V3 to our website. We can easily access our e-Commerce store's turnover, stock, balance, number of customers and everything else.
One of the most important benefits was Online Installment Collection. During the pandemic period, our customers could not come to the stores, so they made their online installment collections through our website. For this, nebim created a payment link for us. When we integrated this payment link into our website, our customers accessed their own accounts and made their payments, they were quickly dropped from the system."
