In addition, it can also use front and back office applications in the store in an integrated manner. In particular, it can realize omni channel and omni customer projects with Nebim V3 and perform instant stock tracking. In addition, it offers its customers the chance to use the advantages provided within the scope of loyalty card in any physical store or e-Commerce store with the same conditions.

For many years, Ayaydın- Miroglu Group has been realizing various projects integrated with Nebim V3 ERP and plans to realize new projects by utilizing the solutions offered by Nebim in the future. Uğur Ayaydın continued his speech by talking about the projects they have realized and plan to realize with Nebim.

Stating that the concept of customer and speed is very important for them, Ayaydın said, "We are working with Nebim on the CRM side; we are working on how we can identify our customers in the store before they come to the sales stage, how we can understand them, how we can give them a good audit quickly, what we can suggest according to their needs. We are working on a project in which we will provide our customers with any campaign information defined for them in the store or suggestions for their needs before they shop by establishing this process with front-of-cash screens. I think this will be an important project in terms of our customers' experience. Hopefully, we will put this into operation within this year."

Talking about the Unifree integration they realized in cooperation with Nebim at Istanbul Airport, Ayaydın said, "I think Istanbul Airport is a very important investment. We saw this investment as the gateway for our brand to open up to the world. We opened a store of approximately 300 m2 here, we realized an important business by establishing Nebim V3 integration. I think this integration has a great contribution to our sales today."

Uğur Ayaydın also talked about the integration they realized with Nebim in the field of manufacturing and said, "The manufacturing side is one of our sine qua non. We needed a very serious integration here as well. With Nebim's ERP solutions, we have realized integrations in the processes of all our products from manufacturing efficiency to the store. We have created the infrastructure that will provide us with the best solution. We have introduced modules that will increase our manufacturing quality and speed very seriously."

Uğur Ayaydın said that Bulut Tahsilat shortens the processes and is a very useful module and added, “We were experiencing serious problems in the integration of all our sales with banks, especially on the accounting side. With Bulut Tahsilat, I think that the instant transfer of POS shopping in the entire store to our accounts makes a great contribution to us. I think that Bulut Tahsilat is a very important module in terms of reflecting the speed in retail to the finance sector at the same time.”
