Kiğılı CEO Hilal Suerdem gave information about the reasons why Kiğılı, one of the important brands of men's fashion retailing, preferred Nebim V3 ERP and the benefits it provides.

Since 1938, as a leading brand preferred worldwide in men's fashion retailing, Kiğılı CEO Hilal Suerdem said that they preferred Nebim V3 to manage all their operational processes quickly. “The adaptation project, which started in February 2019, was put into live use in September 2019 with a fast and accurate work,” he said.

Briefly mentioning the history of Kiğılı, Suerdem said, "Kiğılı, which started its retail journey in the 1980s under the leadership of Abdullah Kiğılı, thanks to his predictions about the future of retail, reached a wide audience in a short time and became a brand that made a name for itself in the national and international arena with new breakthroughs. Kiğılı, which meets its customers at 225 points in Turkey and 150 points abroad, started to use Nebim V3 ERP in its operation processes."

Stating that they meet their customers at many important points in Turkey and abroad, Kiğılı CEO Hilal Suerdem said, "We manage a very serious cycle with our 2000 employees and our system is growing rapidly. 20 years ago, we developed our own inhouse software because we attached great importance to the more systematic and faster progress of our business with the control of a software. Mr. Abdullah had a structure that saw the future and thought about what could happen in the future.  He explained to us that the development of software was very important. We found it right and started to go somewhere by making the software in-house. But technology was developing so fast that our own inhouse software could not keep up with this speed.  Therefore, we looked for a partner who could cooperate with us in line with our goals towards success, who could understand us, who could be a partner to our dreams, and we found Nebim's ERP solution, Nebim V3."

Hilal Suerdem stated that they started the adaptation project related to the transition to Nebim V3 ERP in February 2019 and went live in September 2019 with a fast work; "Both our infrastructure and the fast and integrated infrastructure of Nebim V3 made this project a success in a short time. We are now easily doing the accounting and campaign management of our gift certificates, which were very problematic before Nebim V3. At the same time, we can implement several campaigns at the same time and we can program the management and statistics of these campaigns seriously. We were able to ensure that all our business processes are gathered on a single platform and integrated with each other. Very good results have emerged in these processes. The fact that all business processes can be managed in an integrated manner on a single platform with Nebim V3 ERP, that production can proceed in an integrated manner with the warehouse, that Nebim V3 has a very good coding structure, and that production planning and projects are managed correctly have led to very good results. In addition, the contributions of our CRM studies were very successful and we think we will do better work in this process. At the same time, we think that being able to realize our marketing techniques, which are very important for us, with Nebim V3 will take us a few steps forward."

On the other hand, there are distribution processes of products between our stores, which we call rotation.
